About the Job
The Call Center Workforce & Telephony Manager will support the call center operations by preparing accurate and timely variable forecasts. The success candidate will maximize operational efficiencies by accurately matching staffing to workload arrival pattern, planning schedules, maintaining accurate staffing data, assisting with long range staffing plans and handling multiple tasks aimed at exceeding ongoing service level and occupancy. Partnering with IT, the Call Center Workforce & Telephony Manager will resolve information system issues. Requirements
